Core values

Love God passionately

We believe there is one true, holy God, eternally existing in three equal persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Ever three and ever one.

We are all called to love God with all our hearts, soul and mind. (Matt 22:37)

Teach, Learn and Live in God’s Word

We believe in constant and lifelong devotion to God’s word, which is living and active and in our growth as Disciples of Jesus to go into our community and the world to serve and make disciples! (Hebrews 4:12, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Luke 11:28)

Pursue Spirit filled & Spirit led lives

We believe in the importance of being Spirit-filled and Spirit-led. It is through the Holy Spirit that transformation occurs.

We encourage every member to experience the fullness of the Holy Spirit and be empowered to expand His kingdom.

(Galatians 5:16-18, 1 Corinthians 12, Romans 12, Ephesians 4, 1 Peter 4)

Pray constantly

We believe in the power of prayer, indeed we are reminded to Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.
(1 Thessalonians 5:17-18, Romans 12:12, Philippians 4:6, Psalm 55:17)

We want to imagine and pray for God’s kingdom coming in all areas in our lives, community and Church, remembering that;

Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12

Join in communion and mission

We remember Christ’s passion and death, we celebrate his resurrection and ascension, and we look for the coming of his kingdom in the bread and wine as he asked us to. (Matthew 26:26-28, 1 Corinthians 10:16-17)

God loved us so much that He dwelt among us. So we believe and go from here with the knowledge He is with us and to be present with others, telling and showing of His great love.

We want to give space, time, energy and money to ministries that have a Kingdom impact and to equip every Christian to share Christ much more intently and regularly with family, friends and others.(Matthew 28:19, Acts 13:47, 1 John 4:19)

Connect and share in life together

We commit to connect and share deeply with purpose and reach people in our families, friends and community. We want to be a devoted community of love, welcome, encouragement, generosity, hospitality, vulnerability, honesty, service and integrity.

(Acts 2:42, Philippians 2:3-5, John 13:34)

Worship God freely

We believe that worship is natural, free and continuous in heaven, we want to see our community and nation changed through Christians experiencing the joy of worshipping and connecting with God.

We believe worship is not just on a Sunday but responding to God with our whole life. (Rev 4:8, Psalm 150:6, 1 Timothy 1:17)

Live generously in all of life

We are to be generous with our time, our talents,  our treasure and our testimony for the sake of others and the glory of Jesus name.

(Proverbs 11:25, 1 Timothy 6:18, Matthew 6:19-21)
